Dr. Rosso is an active Senior staff member in the Plastic Surgery Department at Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, San Pedro, CA. Dr. Rosso’s state-of-the-art Plastic Surgery Center has the highest level of certification and is a fully Medicare-approved facility with the latest equipment to provide the safest, most comfortable, and pleasant Plastic Surgery experience.
Peninsula Plastic Surgery Center offers low-cost financing plans, so patients don’t need to worry about paying all at once if financing is a concern. We want to make your experience as easy and safe as possible while helping you attain your personal goals. We are also contracted with the majority of insurance health plans including PPO’s and HMO’s.

He has been Chief in charge of Emergency Room Plastic Surgery Services at Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance for 14 years.
He is also the Chief in charge of Emergency Room Plastic Surgery Services for Healthcare Partners Medical Group/Optum at Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance.
Dr. Rosso was a 2nd term Founding Member and Elected Nominating Committee Board Member of Providence Partners for Health (PPH), 10-year Plastic Surgery case reviewer for Synermed Insurance Company.
